BRAC Bank’s newly created Business Transformation team will be focused on the strategic transformation of the bank’s
business models, business & risk technology platforms and business processes that will be instrumental in improving
organizational efficiency.
The Senior Transformation Manager role, based within the Business Transformation team, will be largely responsible for
recognizing areas for improvement within the company and implement necessary changes to enable the business units to
perform to their optimum ability. The role will require working closely with multiple functional areas with business
performance management, analytics enablement, growth/strategy, process improvement, cost reduction, technology
implementation and enterprise transformation. This role will also be responsible for developing a clear understanding and
support for organizational change management with senior leadership and throughout the organization.
Senior Transformation Manager
Key Responsibility
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to –
Review existing business models across all major businesses of the bank and initiate changes to enhance
overall performance
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to establish an organizational change model/methodology and
execute change management strategies and plans in support of business transformation initiatives.
Support large-scale company-wide projects that incorporate a proactive and innovative solution to address
business challenges and achieve organizational goals and objectives
Implement Business Analytics and Risk Analytics and ensure proper usage of information to drive the
organization towards a customer centric business approach
Review and re-engineer key processes around all Business, Risk Management and Operational activities, with
special focus on SME & Retail Businesses, to achieve operational excellence
Identify key opportunity areas to make strategic investments in order to capitalize on the core strengths of the
bank and suggest improvements in products/services suit to maximize competitive advantages
Identify, and assist with implementing, tools to facilitate performance management and productivity
improvement
Champion transformation strategies to ensure cross functional and cross business buy in
Knowledge and Experience:
Graduation in Business / Engineering from a reputed university, preferably with a business background
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the corporate sector. Relevant experience with financial products will be
preferred
Proven track record with strategic planning and project management
Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver
desired results
Experience in working directly with external consultants
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
